The Royal QG Combo Chuck represents the next generation of Royal’s industry-leading Accu-Length™ CNC Collet Chucks. Designed for maximum versatility and productivity, it combines a Quick-Grip™ Collet Chuck, I.D. Workholding System, and 5C Collet Chuck into a single, highly adaptable solution.

At its core, the Royal QG Combo Chuck utilizes Royal’s proven Quick-Grip™ Accu-Length™ technology, eliminating z-axis movement of both the collet and workpiece during actuation. This makes it exceptionally well-suited for both main spindle and sub-spindle applications, ensuring accurate and repeatable part transfers.

When internal gripping is required, the chuck can be converted into an optional 5C collet nose which will allow you to use Stand 5C OD and Rovi ID collets! We like to call this, having your cake and eating too!
